Professor Giv Sharifi is a board-certified neurosurgeon, full professor at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, and Director of the Skull Base Surgery Fellowship Program and Endoscopic Neurosurgery Center. Ranked first in the Iranian National Board of Neurosurgery, he is internationally recognized for his expertise in skull base surgery, pituitary tumors, brain tumors, spine surgery, and minimally invasive neuroendoscopic procedures. Professor Sharifi has founded several neurosurgical research centers in Iran, authored more than 60 scientific publications, and completed advanced international training programs in the United States, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, and the UAE. He is an active member of leading international organizations including the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS), the Society for Brain Mapping & Therapeutics (SBMT), and AO Spine.
