Dr. Farshid Porkar

Dr. Farshid Porkar is a board-certified ophthalmologist and Cornea & Anterior Segment Fellowship specialist with extensive experience in advanced corneal and refractive surgery. He graduated from Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, completed his ophthalmology residency and cornea fellowship at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and received advanced anterior segment training at the internationally recognized Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami, USA. His clinical expertise includes corneal transplantation, cataract surgery, laser vision correction (LASIK, Femto LASIK, PRK, and SMILE), keratoconus management, and permanent eye color change using Keratopigmentation (ETP) and Laser Eye Color Change. Dr. Porkar is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based eye care for both Iranian and international patients using the latest ophthalmic technologies.
